Most recently I have published a young adult novel, I Miss You Already, which is the result of work started on a Faber course, Writing for Children. It's a rite of passage story set between Bournemouth and France as 18-year-old Cleo and her friends leave school and work out what they want from their lives.

I'm very proud to that my non-fiction book Inside Story: How the News Works won the 8-12 category at the SLA Awards and also the overall Judges' Choice Award in 2025.

My work also includes four early learning picture books in the ParkPups series - Frazzle's Favourite Number, M is for Masher, BooBoo's Boat Trip and Bertie Makes a New Friend, which was written for the Dog Trust's 'Be Dog Smart' campaign teaching children how to interact safely with dogs.

Beautifully written, often funny and hopeful ... Heartstopper for women/teen girls

It took me back to what it felt like being young and at times insecure and how love was an exhilarating and scary all consuming feeling. Highly recommend!

A delicate, witty picture of modern life, containing some great turns of style and gorgeous, classic observations on life. I loved it because it just feels real

📣  Russell T Davies

Marlow paints a version of love and lust that is gratifyingly honest in its intricacies, thoughtful in its language - a Midsummer Night’s Dream with career, finances and property as the meddling fairies

📣  Stella Duffy

A delightful story which held my grand-daughter's rapt attention throughout. She was encouraged to take an interest in counting while following the story in this colourful and beautifully illustrated book. Looking forward to more stories!
